Youth Explosion in Lima, Peru!

 I was invited by Pastor Augustine to preach the youth meeting at New Strength Bible Church in Lima on Saturday night. The youth from four others churches would be attending along with their pastors and church leaders. 

 When I entered into the church it was packed from the front to back with young people. The worship leader sang a few songs and then the pastor turned the service over to me. I poured out my heart to those young people as I ministered about the sons of Eli who knew God’s Word, but made a decision to do their own thing, and Samuel who heard the voice of God. Both Samuel and the sons of Eli were raised in the tabernacle. They knew the truth and they went to church, but only one cried out to God saying, “Speak Lord thy servant heareth thee.”

As I ministered young people were crying all over the church. The Spirit of the Lord was really digging them out in many places of their lives. God was bringing these young people to a decision. I told them, “It is wonderful for God to use our pastors and leaders but what about the next generation? Who is going to be the next pastor, the next evangelist? Who is going to prophesy and lay hands on the sick? God is looking to fill this next generation with the Holy Ghost and equip them for the work of their ministry. But who say ‘Lord, here I am send me.’!”

The more I taught the stronger the anointing began to fall in that church. Young people and teenagers began to cry out as the Holy Ghost began to move on them. Teenagers were repenting! Many were making their lives right and available for God. Young people crying out and seeking the Lord. You could hear wailing like a woman in travail. You could hear their cries reaching the very throne of God. Many dropped to their knees while I was still preaching. Others ran to the altar and it was filled with youth that were determined to touch God.

  As the altar call went on many young people were getting delivered! God was setting young people free! Testimonies have already come back of God delivering them from pornography, drinking, worldliness, lying and gossip. God broke self-willed and rebellious spirits. God saved backslidden children and renewed lives. Many young people were filled with the precious Holy Ghost and started talking in tongues! And then as the Spirit of the Lord was moving the young people went all over the church making things right with their parents and pastors. Then they were praying for one another and God was just moving in the midst of them. 

It truly was a tremendous night in the presence of God! We did not leave church until very late but it did not matter. I watched Pastor Gustavo’s youth all around him crying and praying. I looked over the church and Pastor Augustine’s church was gathered together praying.  Young people all over the floor were still crying and talking in tongues! It was beautiful! God was having His way! 

 

One of the pastors came over to me crying and said, “You just preached on everything my youth were going through and God set them all free. I have never experienced such a move of the Holy Ghost in my life!”  He went on to say that the Lord spoke to him and said that this is just the being of a revival in his youth that will never stop! Two other pastors told me their youth were going through similar battles with young people who have fallen away and pulling other young people out of the church, but God brought the victory tonight in a powerful way and they just have to glorify God for everything He has done!

God saved the Best for Last - Pastor's conference in Lima, Peru

The last day of the leader’s conference was the best. I am not sure that even I can put it into words but I will try.  Everyone came in excited about God and ready to hear from the Lord! I taught on God’s Kingdom moving in the earth and all the things God has given us access to in order to be victorious.  As I preached people would jumped and shout and run. Then we would sit down and teach some more. Then we would dance and run and shout and then we would sit down and go a little further. But the last time we got up and started shouting and glorifying God it was like the winds of Pentecost blew in the room! The power of Almighty God was present and moving! Pastors and leaders were falling out in the Holy Ghost! Many tried to get up but they could not, they were saturated in God’s presence! Pastors were getting healed; some of back pains, some had stomach sickness and shoulder injuries, sores on their body but they all were healed by the power of God! As the Lord continued to move even young Christians were getting filled with the Holy Ghost!

Then a young lady who was not even saved ran over to me. She came with her mother and it was her first time in church. She said to me “I want to be free! Tears rolled down her eyes. I want Jesus but something is blocking me and it’s trying to stop me and I am afraid, I need this thing out of my life, please help me. We had her raise her hands and call on the mighty name of Jesus! Her whole body began to tremble, tears continued to flow from her eyes, the power of darkness that tried to bind her broke into pieces right before our eyes as Jesus came into her heart! Then the Holy Ghost came all over her and began to fill her up! She fell to the floor talking on tongues! She was free! Her mother was shouting and crying and dancing! Her long time prayer for her daughter to get saved had become a reality and she just had to give God the praise!

All over the conference the spirit of the Lord was moving! Pastor Augustine and I went through the church praying for pastors and leaders. God was working with us healing and delivering! Prophecies started coming forth from the pastors. The gifts of the Spirit started flowing in the church from the brothers and sisters in the conference! God was making Himself known. When I looked over the church, pastors and leaders were on the floors and in the isles, on chairs, praying and crying. God was moving mightily by His Spirit.

So many things took place in this meeting but I know that God is not finished yet! He said in His Word that I will move but who will let it. I believe with all my heart that we going to experience the biggest move of God this world has even seen!  God is just looking for believers to be receivers!

I believe that cancer, diabetes, back pains and sickness of all, kinds are going to be healed,   I believe that the bondage and chains of darkness shall be broken, I believe that our young children will be filled with the Holy Ghost, I believe teenagers are going to get saturated in the power of God like never before and start working in the Kingdom! I believe that backslidden children and family members that left the church  are going to come back home and get saved. I believe that God is going to give the church the finances to do whatever needs to be done in these last days ! I believe that we are going to see miracles like we have never seen before!  

Miracles at church! Miracles at home! Miracles in the store! Miracles in the schools! Miracles in the hospital! Miracles on the street and in the park! I believe! I believe! I believe! I believe God is going to do exceedingly, abundantly above all we could ask or think! And Jesus said if any two on earth shall agree as to touching any one thing it shall be done! Not next week right now, not tomorrow, right now, not in an hour right now! Right now! Right now! So let us agree right now that whatever you are believing God for shall be done right now! Let us agree that the impossible shall become possible right now! Let us take all the limits off of God and believe Him for the miraculous! The song writer said “ Right now if you believe God will work a miracle for you!

A Powerful Refreshing for Pastors and Leaders - Lima, Peru

Greetings Friends,

        The Pastors and Leaders conference here at Christian Revival Center in Lima has been just amazing. We have spent three days being impacted, empowered and enlightened by the Word of God.  There was no instrument playing or singing because we just opened up in prayer and went right into teaching.

Everyday God was doing something different. As the Word went forth Pastors were crying and shouting. God was moving on their lives and reminding them that they were not alone but He was still with them in the fiery furnace and in the lions den. Sometimes we face situations that are difficult and painful but it does not mean we lost the battle or our faith. God is still with us even in the hard times. He never leaves us or forsakes us but in the process we are going to get the victory and God is going to get the glory!  So even if I am surrounded by a problem that is bigger than I am, I don’t have to fear or panic. If I can just open up my eyes and look up by faith I will see that God has heard me when I first prayed and my answer is one the way!

       Every service the power of God just rained down in the church. Pastors testified about being renewed and healed of sicknesses and pains. One pastor told us that he felt like giving up, he was tired from the battles and struggles against the enemy. He said he was just holding on but when the Word came forth it broke the spirit of heaviness off of his life and it set his soul on fire!  He said “I waited on God and my strength is renewed. I am about to run and not get weary! I am going to fly like the eagles! I am ready to go back to my community and put the devil under my feet where he belongs!

Another pastor mentioned that the devil has been attacking his members with all types of sicknesses and even when they prayed it seemed like nothing changed. He felt very defeated in his mind but while the Word was being preached he heard Rev. Sanchez say “No matter what it looks like you have got to know that there is still power in the name of Jesus!” The moment those words were spoken the presence of the Lord came over me and I jumped up and took authority over my thoughts and the sickness and diseases that were attacking my people. When I got home I had calls from many members in my church saying their sickness and pains had left. When I asked them what time they left, I found out it was the same time I called on the name of Jesus! So I can testify that no matter what you are going through there is power in Jesus Name!

There was another pastor who said that he has been pasturing for years but the last 2 years have just been a living hell. The problems and the struggles just seemed to never end and he lost his strength and joy. He continued to preach but could not feel the fire of the Holy Ghost like he used to. He said he believed God but felt like he was just in a dry place and in desperate need of water. While the teaching was going on it seemed as if someone gave him a fresh drink of water. Then God began to stir up the gift the was inside of him. He said he began to lift his hands and cry and he said to God “Lord where have you been?" and God said “I was here all the time waiting for you.” He said after God spoke he began to cry and cry until the hardness of his heart broke and the peace of God began fill his very being with living water. Then he stood to his feet and starting shouting and crying out to God. Then Rev. Sanchez was walking by me and he laid hands on my heart and I felt fire! the fire of the Holy Ghost that I felt when I first got filled God’s spirit! That fire went all though my body, I could not contain it! I started shaking and falling and talking in tongues! I was renewed! I fell all over the chairs, rolled on the floor. I started dancing and rejoicing! I could not help myself because God touched me and set my life on fire again!

These are just a few testimonies from some of the pastors who were touched by God during the conference but little did we know that the best was yet to come!

GOD ANSWERS PRAYER - Dominican Republic Report

A brother in the church had kidney problems and was in constant pain. Bro Rafael prayed for him Saturday night in the Convention. He started jumping up and down and was immediately healed! The pain he was in would not allow him to do this before. Days later, he said all the pain is still completely gone. He is full of joy.

 

We were invited to minister in a small Haitian church. As we preached, groups of people were standing just outside the open doors. Eight of these people came in for prayer at the altar call. One Haitian boy about seven years old ran in the side doors of the church and threw himself down at my feet at the altar. When we started to pray for him, this young boy was full of demons. Three of us prayed for him commanding these demons to depart from his body in the name of Jesus. He let out high ear-piercing screams as the evil spirits left him. Pastor told us that he knows his mother and that she is a voodoo worshipper. Our Lord is faithful to heal, deliver, and save all who call upon his name.

A mightty move of God in Dominican Republic

Rev George Teachman was invited to the Dominican Republic by the President of a large Pentecost organization to minister at a 3 day National Convention for pastors, church members and the public.  Here are some great reports that he sent.

Prayer meeting

The church I am with here in Higuey, have a 10 to 11p.m. prayer meeting every night of the week. About 70 people attend these prayer meetings. Last night 2 ladies came into this prayer meeting that had demons in them. As the people prayed the presence came down so strong the girls both got delivered. This was a tremendous battle as the demons in them were saying things back to the brother who God was using to deliver them. We are looking for these 2 girls to come back to the meeting and give their lives fully over to Christ.

On the television

On the radio these 3 conventions meetings are being advertized   on a regular basis. We were also asked to speak on this pastor’s television program. When we briefly spoke about the meetings and some words that God gave me for this area of the Dominican Republic as a nation, the presence of God came down as a witness that he is going to move mightily.

The rain is falling

It has been raining quite a bit since I came here. Fortunately the Pastor sets up the meetings that the rain won’t affect them because everything is covered. This Pastor has his church and his school on the same property. Tents are covering the parking areas. I mentioned to one brother about all the rain that has been falling, he told me this has been a great blessing that since you arrived there has been a considerable amount of rain. He went on to say that the crops have been burning up and some of the livestock has been dying in this area due to the lack of rain. And that those rains are an answer to prayer for many. We thank God and we know that he is in control of all things.

  The three night national convention

People have been arriving here from all around the country. They have six large tents with hundreds of chairs outside for those to sit in that can’t fit inside of the church. Inside the church, people are sitting along both side walls and the extra chairs in the back of the church are all full. They have almost filled the center aisle of the church and many chairs have been placed in front at the altar area to accommodate all the people. The overflow of people surrounds both sides of the outside of the church, at every window people crowd around to look inside. Others sit in the seats and listen to the meetings through the speakers that are set up for the night meetings. This church is the Central church in this Pentecostal Movement and their largest church. They also have a school on the property and are looking to expand to accommodate all the souls that are coming to the feet of Jesus in this church. 

The platform was filled with the ministers, and other ministers sat in the audience. God gave me 3 powerful messages to minister to the people here that are very hungry for God. The first is that God is looking for a deliverer; the second was the multiplication process of God, and the third was the glory of the latter house. These messages were full of instructions for all the pastors that attended as well as their respective congregations. God has revealed much in his word to me and I delivered it exactly as he had given it to me. I took my time to make sure all the people clearly heard everything that God had given me for them out of his word. As always, the Holy Ghost came upon me and set me on fire, but I wasn’t alone, this same fire fell upon the interpreter brother Rafael who did an awesome job as we became as one in the spirit. Most of the audience would be crying, some weeping, some would be shaking; some would be dancing in the spirit. And the Holy Ghost was falling all over the church as the word was being brought. I saw a change in the ministers as the meetings went on. The first night about one half of the ministers were somewhat withdrawn. Some from the travel others seemed weary from the battles that they face daily. 

By the second night this all changed as the Holy Ghost was moving upon all the ministers just as he was moving upon the people in the audience. The anointing of God came down powerfully in all three nights at the altar call which was filled with hundreds of people seeking God for prayer. Some times during the altar call the Lord would instruct me to gently blow upon a person and each time they would immediately fall under the presence of God. The interpreter Rafael was being used by the Lord in the same manner with the same results. Other times I would feel the spirit telling me to just touch the person I was praying for with one finger on their forehead because God was mightily coming upon each person as we ministered to them words in prayer. As each person would bring their need to God by faith and we would pray for them. If 30 people came for prayer only 2 or 3 would remain standing. The presence of the Lord was over coming people rapidly each night. 

One altar call the Lord instructed me to have 12 ministers set up to pray for the people and delivers the words that God was giving them for each person seeking God. I was free as well as Brother Rafael to minister to those that the spirit would lead us to at the altar call. The one word that I kept hearing from so many people is that the convention was "amazing" which no surprise is because our God is amazing and these people are very hungry to hear from God and receive all that he has for their life. Many people were receiving healings. 

Pastor Apolinaria prayed for several people who had migraine headaches that were immediately healed. Other people also were healed from migraine headaches. Another woman that was prayed for had a very sore throat and stomach ache, the Lord immediately healed both as she received prayer. Another man has pain in his ear and after prayer there was no pain. Another woman that had been facing an operation was healed. And when she goes back to her city will not have to have an operation because the Lord healed her also. One church leader told me that through these 3 days of convention the church took a 180 degree turn and he knows the church will continue to follow God with all their hearts. One Pastor talked to us she said she saw so many people falling under the power of God quickly that she started to ask the Lord what was happening, she said as she was praying the Lord gave her a vision of a fire surrounding my hand as we laid hands upon the people this fire entered into the people. 

Pastor Mejía the one who invited me is also the president of this Pentecostal organization in the Dominican Republic and he told me that the blessing that was brought to his church was historic. God used me in a powerful way. It has not only blessed the church and all the visiting churches but the community as a whole. And the people that came to this convention with a great expectancy God gave to them everything they came looking for. Pastora Apolinaria told me that she felt very happy in this 3 days convention. We saw the glory of God. The Lord used Rev. George Teachman more than ever. The Lord made a lot of miracles during the altar call and a lot of healings were being done by the Holy Spirit.

God is moving in the homes

Brother Rafael and I have been asked to go into many of the homes and business here to pray for the people. As we pray for them the Holy Spirit will reveal to either me or Brother Rafael the peoples specific situations. Most all these people when we pray with them in their homes the presence of God overshadows them immediately. In some of the homes the whole family would be slain out together. The Lord is doing something wonderful here every time we turn around.

Overcoming Power For This Generation

The night meeting here at the family camp has just been explosive! Everyone came in early just praising God and excited about what God was going to do next. God’s power starting moving right in the beginning of the service! As the worship leaders sang the congregation just opened their mouth and offered God a thunderous praise. Tears flowed from people’s eyes as they cried out to God in worship.  The Musicians were playing their guitars and dancing and jumping as the presence of God moved through the church. There was so much joy in God’s House tonight. We could sense the victory all over the place. It was like God was showing us by His Spirit that He has all things in control, He alone is all powerful and nothing is too hard for Him.  So right in the praise service we took the limits off of God! Jesus said if you ask the father for anything in my name it shall be done. So we started asking for the impossible and the miraculous!

When song service was over I preached on the overcoming power for this generation. As I ministered God’s Word the precious Holy Ghost began to fall like rain in building. Many people were baptized in the Holy Ghost and spoke in tongues as the spirit gave them the utterance. Pastor Gustavo and Pastor Augustine were going through the church laying hands on their members. People were falling out under the power of God all over the church. The church leaders were praying for one another and all you could see was breakthrough after breakthrough! Shouts of joy and cries of victory flowed out of the mouths of the saints of God! The Lord was in the midst of His people and He was doing great things and it was marvelous in our eyes!

For a while it seemed as if God was just really moving on the elders and ministry leaders. They were being saturated by God’s presence but then it was like God took a turn and young people around five and six years old started getting baptized in the Holy Ghost! Young children were crying and lifting their hands and talking in tongues because God was filling them up with the overcoming power! Theses children were falling out all over the altar! Some of these children danced as the presence of God came on them. Then the power of God moved on the young people again and they started going around laying hands on each other. The church was on fire! The praise and cries to God was so loud it completely filled the atmosphere! It was after 11:00 pm and the Spirit was God was still moving! And just when we thought it was all over God moved mightily on the teenagers, even the ones that would not raise their hands and they did not really enter in but just stood in the back of everyone talking and looking around. But not for long for the power of God move to back and hit them where they stood and many of them started screaming as God was delivering some and setting others free! Even the ones that tried to put up a wall could not, the walls broke down in the presence of God! But God did not stop their because then He began to fill them up with the Holy Ghost! Teenagers were falling out and talking in tongues. Some rolling, some crying! Yes! teenagers. This computer age, I-phone, face book internet  generation got the same thing that fell in the upper room on the day of Pentecost when the wind of the Holy Ghost blew through the house and cloven tongues of fire sat on each them!  Oh Glory to God! Jeremiah said “ It’s just like fire! Shut up in my bones! Halleluiah! Halleluiah! Halleluiah!

Can I just stop right here for a minute and tell you that God still knows how to reach your children! God knows how to save your family, God knows how to heal your body!  God knows how to bring your enemies down! Can I just take another minute and tell you He is still the God of miracles! He still walks on the water, He still rides the storm, He still answers prayer! He still can make a way out of no way and open up a door that no man can shut!  All God needs is for somebody, anybody to stand on his Word and declare “I believe God!” For nothing is impossible to him that believes! So tell me whose report will you believe? I encourage you today with all my heart to take a minute out for your time and rise up with all the faith you have inside and start believing God for the miraculous right now!

A Great Transformation

Rev. Sanchez is in Peru and is reporting on the Family Camp Meetings with Pastor Gustavo from Lima!  Here is the first blog.

Greetings from Pastor Gustavo’s Family Camp Meeting in Peru! Everyone is so happy and excited for me to be here with them again this year. The food is wonderful and the fellowship has been fantastic. The church here has all types of things set up for the people to do from football to swimming. There are many fun events to cause families to interact together which is so needed in the day that we live.

The morning meeting was dynamic. The singing and the worship has caused people to really enter into God’s presence. Everyone sang like they were giving their own solo unto God. It was great! When it was time to minster I preached a message called the Great Transformation. I spoke about the process of the caterpillar to the butterfly. This message really touched the hearts of many people. Some were crying and others I found out after church were set free from things that have held them bound for years. Pastor Gustavo said, "You hit things that were right on target in many people lives. It was only God that could have done that.”

As I continued to minster we could feel God walking through the church and ministering to His people. He was doing a deep work in their lives. Some people got out of their seats and just laid on the floor crying out to God. The Lord was truly having His way and the service was in His hands. One of the brothers just started shouting and crying! He could not stop! He just kept shouting and crying and jumping! He left his seat and ran all over the church crying and shouting! The power of God starting falling in such a powerful way it is hard for me to explain. God’s presence was so thick it practically shook the place. The church was being saturated by the power of God! Elders and teenagers were falling out under the power of the Holy Ghost and the Lord just continued to move.

I finally got to the part of the message where the butterfly breaks out of the cocoon and spreads his wings to fly and the power of Pentecost hit that building one more time! People ran to the altar - some were filled with the Holy Ghost! Other were set free from past hurts and bondages, young people were praying for one another. There was great deliverance in the church this morning! People were praying in groups, people were praying for other people, it was amazing! Then God began to heal and to touch lives in ways I could never explain. One of the elders said to me after church, “It was like heaven came down and filled the temple.”  Many people came up to me and told me they had back pains, headaches that would not go away, shoulder pains and sickness, but when the presence of God flooded the church God took all the sicknesses and pains away! What a mighty God we serve! We spent from the morning til sometime in the afternoon in the presence of God around the altar. Young people came up to me still crying and sharing with me how God stirred them and how they have surrendered to God and are going to get involved in ministries of the church! What a great victory!

After service one of the pastor's sons came up to me, he was about 10 years old. He told me that on the way to service this morning he found a giant caterpillar just before he entered into the church and decided to bring it in. His mother testified and showed everyone the giant caterpillar and everyone started shouting and praising God. It was  like  God was saying to the people get a hold of my Word because a great transformation has taken place and now it's time to spread our wings and fly!
